How To Become A Member

1. Fill Out a Membership Application.

   • Membership Application 
2. Pay Dues by Payroll Deduction or Check
   • Fill out NASA Standard Form 1187, "Request For Payroll Deductions For Labor Organization Dues" ($ 6 per pay period) available at: OPM Standard Forms ), "Section A" Name of Labor Organization is "IFPTE Local 27", Timekeeper Number is optional (no longer used at MSFC); OR
   • Make Check Payable to MESA for Annual or Semi-Annual Dues ($ 156 annual, $ 78 semi-annual)
3. Enclose Check or NASA Form 1187 and Your Membership Application and send to one of the following:
